Your shopping does not complete unless you click SUBMIT button. You will receive an automatic email to complete your order process. If you can not receive this email, there is a possibility of transmission line problems, please check again your email address is correct or not, and contact us using Contact Form.

Please refrain from using a mobile email address since it may result in delivery failure. If you use mobile email address, please confirm the reception setting from onlineshop@wajin.info

Invoice Mail

We will send you invoice mail separately from an automatic email for the payment procedure as soon as possible.

Stock Status

When some sizes are not indicated at select area, it means products are out of stock, also, please understand that, rarely, but there is the case that your order might be out of stock dispite it has completed due to the order timing.

Multiple Orders

When you want to order with two or more delively addresses, please do the order procedure in each address.

Shipping Charge

Shipping charge is free for Asian countries regardless of order quantity. For other areas, a flat rate of just 9.98USD, and it becomes free for orders over 100USD.

We ship your order directly from Japan by international registered airmail. Nomally it takes 5-8 working days to arrive, tracking-site is available depending on the delivery countries. Shipping method can not be specified now due to the influence of COVID-19.

Handling Time

Shipping is after we confirmed your payment.
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days after your payment has cleared.

Duty & Tax

There may be cases where import taxes or customs duties may be imposed depending on the country. In this case, the recipient of the item will be responsible for the payment. We are not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please contact your local customs office to estimate the import taxes or duties.
We will take on the insurance fees at the time of delivery, you do not need to share that cost.

We accept the payment only through PayPal.
It is possible to pay in safety by major credit cards, bank account, and PayPal account.
PayPal-Payment can be used without registration even if you do not have the account.
We do not share your card or bank information, please use it without worries.

Payment Steps

After completing your order, please wait for an invoice email to arrive separately from auto-reply email. Usually it will arrive within a day. Invoice email is sent to you also through PayPal, so please pay following instructions of PayPal.

After receiving an invoice email please send your payment to our PayPal account within 14 days. If we can not confirm your payment in this period, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Please be sure to confirm an invoice email at first before your payment, to avoid incorrect payment.

Free Gift Box!

All products can be enclosed in an original box as a gift. Please use for all occasions. The gift can be sent also directly to the address of recipient. In this case, your name is written in the shipping label as a sender, and the delively document is separately mailed to you. When you want to send the gifts to two or more delively addresses, please do the order procedure in each address. You can easily specify giftbox on the order screen without any extra charge.

* Decoration of photo above is just image. Paper cushion is not included. Wrapping and Message card service have finished. Simple bag with ribbon is attached to the box. You can choose the ribbon color from for male or female. Box for Tenugui is different from the photo, please see Tenugi detail pages for that.

Basic Conditions

We accept Returns and Exchanges within basic conditions as follows.

If you need to return or exchange products, please contact us using RETURN & EXCHANGE form below within 14 days from the delivery. We can not accept any returns and exchanges without this contact, and items must be unused.

Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping fee except in cases of defect or wrong shipment. Please take special care not to order wrong size, our sizes are Japanese size, please make sure to check SIZE CHART before order.
